Request your Strategy and Execution sessions with a Club H Personal Trainer

1st session- The Strategy.

You and your trainer will review exercise history, training schedule and fitness goals. You will establish a baseline of your current fitness levels in a 30 minute workout. You and your trainer will then review your individualized training strategy that is best suited for your fitness goals.

2nd session- The Execution.

Here is where you begin to put your training strategy into action. Throughout this session your trainer will identify the how’s and why’s behind the program design. This personal training session lays the groundwork for getting the results that you want.

These sessions are complimentary for existing Club H members at any membership level.

Request a Membership Freeze

Members may freeze their account for 1, 2, or 3 months during each 12 month membership cycle. A request must be received and approved by CLUB H in advance and the freeze shall take effect on the date determined by CLUB H which may depend on when the request is made during any applicable billing cycle. A freeze fee of $15 will be charged for the month(s) on freeze and Members with a paid-in-full membership are required to pay the total freeze fee at the time of the request. Months will be added to the account in the number of the requested freeze time if under contract and the contract expiration date shall be automatically extended. Members who freeze their membership may not use the club during their freeze period. Freezes are not retroactive and cannot be applied to a member’s account. Upon completion of the freeze, membership will automatically be reactivated. Time credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

Refer A Friend

You may refer as many friends, family members or co-workers as you like for a vip trial.

Some restrictions apply:

All guests who do not live or work locally must pay a day fee at club reception desk.

$35 (if guest is alone) or $20 (if guest is accompanied by a current Club H member in good standing)

Reserve a spot in class

Harmony and Habitat members may sign into a class via email or phone any time during the day of the class, up to one-hour prior to class time. This benefit eliminates the need to stand in line at the club for class sign-ins. Only classes requiring advanced sign-in (denoted on schedule with asterisk) should be used for reservation service.
