Class Descriptions
CARDIO/SCULPTING
ABSolutely: A 30 minute class designed to tone and strengthen the midsection. Incorporates Pilates based movements. ALL LEVELS.
AM POWER/PM POWER: High Intensity Strength Training class yields maximum results utilizing a variety of conditioning techniques. Improved strength and stamina, accelerated metabolism and the “feel good” effect of a great total body workout. All LEVELS.
BODYBLAST: Strength conditioning focusing on burning MAXIUM calories with fun low-impact movements and toning the body using dumbbells, body bars and bodyweight resistance. ALL LEVELS.
BODYBLAST XPRESS: A 30 minute version of BODYBLAST. ALL LEVELS.
BOOTCAMP SCULPT: Back to basics! Lots of non-stop squats, lunges, push-ups and serious training using free weights, body bars, bands and emphasis on proper form/technique. ALL LEVELS.
BOXER’S WORKOUT: A knockout experience designed to challenge. Heavy bags focus pads, and jump ropes are used to improve cardiovascular conditioning, and increase strength. This class is INTENSE. ALL LEVELS.
CARDIO KICKBOX: A non-contact, action packed, incorporating kicks from martial arts and upper body combinations from boxing. Challenging/rewarding. ALL LEVELS.
CARDIO XPRESS: 45 minutes of motivating, challenging, energizing, and calorie burning cardio. Step, Box, Rebound, Jump, Lo/Hi… Anything goes. Warm up, Sweat, cool down – you’re done. ALL LEVELS.
CONDITION - High intensity circuit training designed to increase muscular endurance and cardiovascular condition. Utilizes total body functional movements proven to increase performance and get results. ALL LEVELS.
EMPOWER: Sweat, sculpt and get centered! Combines elements of yoga, Pilates and body sculpting to define long lean muscles, build core strength, and improve posture/balance. Utilizes hand weights and physio balls -- come into your strength safely/ fully. ALL LEVELS.
POWER PUMP: Resistance training at its best – like the experience of a one on one training session. Designed to work every muscle group in a specific way and for a specific amount of reps, with minimal rest between sets. Guaranteed results. Work at your own level.
PUMP: A weight training workout designed to “SHRED” & “SCLUPT” your body. ALL LEVELS.
REBOUNDING: An easy to follow, fun, flowing, non-impact cardio workout that targets the total body. Utilizes mini trampolines. ALL LEVELS.
RESISTANCE REBOUNDING- using Rebounder’s, weights, and body bars you alternate between cardio and weight training, emphasis on your legs, butt and gut. ALL LEVELS.
SPIN: A great cardio workout done on a specialized stationary bike. Our certified instructors will motivate you, the music will drive you, and the whole experience will keep you coming back for more. Participants are encouraged to work at their own level.
SPIN POWER: A 60min version of SPIN. ALL LEVELS.
STRETCH-N-FLEX: This low impact, high intensity class, focuses on proper alignment and range of motion. Relieve muscle pain, correct imbalances in your posture, improve flexibility, prevent injury, and recover quicker. ALL LEVELS.
TRI-FACTOR: This is the perfect mix: 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of toning, & 20 minutes of core and ab conditioning. ALL LEVELS
ULTIMATE SCULPT: Total body conditioning using weights, bars, steps, and bodyweight. You will build strength and endurance and the result will be a leaner, sculpted body. ALL LEVELS.
XTREME RESULTS - Get ready to burn fat and build muscle! This full body strength training workout will increase your cardiovascular endurance and reshape your body to bear Xtreme Results! ALL LEVELS.
ZUMBA – A fusion of Latin and international music dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. ALL LEVELS.
MIND/BODY
JIVAMUKTI YOGA: Jivamukti incorporates flowing vinyasa posture sequences, hands-on adjustments, uplifting music, meditation and deep relaxation. This style of Hatha yoga integrates the physical, spiritual and philosophical aspects of yoga. ALL LEVELS.
PILATES MAT: Joseph Pilate’s authentic mat sequence strengthens stretches and defines the entire body - focusing the awareness on a stable center. Includes Magic circle work and exercises adapted from the Reformer. ALL LEVELS.
PILATES SCULPT: A combination of Pilates-inspired movements and innovative sculpting exercises using light hand weights for increased muscle endurance. ALL LEVELS.
ROCK ASANA YOGA: A vigorous and challenging form of vinyasa, asana practice(flowing postures) infused with rockin tunes. This eclectic class will include Rock 'N' Roll, Soul, and R&B. Energizing and also surprisingly relaxing. Guaranteed to soothe your soul. ALL LEVELS.
STRONG FLOW YOGA: Get long and lean in these dynamically sequenced vigorously flowing classes. Build strength, detoxify and realign yourself physically/energetically. ALL LEVELS.
SUNRISE VINYASA: Whether you’re an experienced YOGI or a beginner this class will aid you in your practice and start or end your day with peace and purpose. ALL LEVELS.
VINYASA YOGA: A challenging, vigorous practice, focusing on synchronization of breath with continuous flow of movement. Builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and mental focus, incorporating uplifting music. ALL EVELS.
YOGA: Improve your overall strength and flexibility while also learning relaxation and breathing techniques to reduce stress. Great for all fitness levels, no experience necessary.
YOGA DETOX: Breathe, sweat and play your way through this challenging detoxifying practice. Build strength, endurance and structural integrity - rigorous and restorative. ALL LEVELS.
